Team Ace-it Industrial Truck
Wash:
TEAM ACE-IT INDUSTRIAL TRUCK WASH is a
BIODEGRADABLE. TEAM ACE-IT
INDUSTRIAL TRUCK WASH emulsifies oils, greases, grimes, dirt,
soot, sea water film, bugs and more and keeps them fluid and
easy to clean. Because of our many venues, we have found it to
have many side applications.
TEAM ACE-IT INDUSTRIAL TRUCK WASH Ready to Use Mixture is
pre-cut to be used in pressure washes with no regulator tip or
garden hose chemical applicators. It can be cut from the Ready
to Use mixture and used for hand washing or to wipe tables and
mop floors. Take 2 ounces of the Ready to Use Mixture and mix
into one gallon of soft water. It can also be used to clean show
cars, boats, airplanes, beauty salons, senior citizens centers,
schools and other venues.
The TEAM ACE-IT INDUSTRIAL TRUCK WASH comes as a Ready to
Use formula and as a biodegradable alkaline detergent it does
not require OSHA HazMat storage or handling requirements.
TEAM ACE-IT INDUSTRIAL TRUCK WASH does come in concentrate
and can be cut accordingly for industrial uses, such as,
automated car washes, professional detailing products, fire
damage restoration and surfaces, such as, locomotives or bilge
tanks on barges or other commercial vessels. This formula is not
OSHA regulated for HazMat storage and handling requirements. The
MSDS reflects the appropriate cuts and handling information.
TEAM ACE-IT INDUSTRIAL TRUCK WASH can also be used on
airplanes. Team Ace-it has been blessed by the FAA. The FAA
considers our products to be “consumables” and therefore not
regulated under the FAA. Some airline companies will tell you
you have to have a FAA Form 8081 or other forms. That is not
true. Because we are a “consumable” and not an aircraft “part”
we are not regulated. However, to sell to an aircraft
maintenance section, you must find the Supervisory Maintenance
Officer. That is the person responsible to the FAA. That person
should find the Manufacturer’s Maintenance Manual to the
particular aircraft in question. In that manual is a chapter on
Polishes, Waxes, Washes, Degreasers and Other Chemical
Applications. That chapter will define the manufacturer’s
suggested wash product and should also stipulate “or
equivalent.” We fall under the equivalent. At that point it
becomes your salesmanship to convince the Supervisory
Maintenance Officer we are better either by performance or by
price and then you will have to go through whatever purchasing
process they have.
